Dead Pirate Software is an Agile training and consulting services company founded in 2001 by Dan Berlin.
Our services include Agile training and coaching for a variety of platforms, industries, and processes. We are focused on teaching individuals and organizations how to use modern software engineering best practice combined with the latest technology to deliver outstanding software and business results. We are passionate about using agile methodologies of all kinds to deliver real business value, whether that is Scrum, XP, Lean, or some other hybrid Agile methodology.
Our training classes are intense workshops that cover all aspects of the Agile software life cycle, from inception to delivery. Classes can be tailored to your individual organization’s needs, and are typically delivered as a one or two-day session. Our instructors have years of hands-on experience as Agile coaches for organizations large and small across the globe. In addition, they are active members of the Agile community and can often be found speaking at local user groups on various topics related to Agile.
